We invite you to try the cheeses that are made in our small, family dairy. We make them from the milk of goats grazing on a nearby pasture — thanks to this, each cheese has its own character, natural taste and aroma that cannot be achieved in mass production.
We create them the way we like to eat ourselves: without unnecessary additives, with care and in small batches. We use our own recipes, and we personally oversee the entire process — from milking, through preparing the cheese mass, to maturation. Our goats are under constant veterinary care, which gives us confidence in the highest quality of raw materials.
We offer four variants of our rennet cheeses:
- pure,
- with bear’s garlic,
- with fenugreek,
- with nigella.
Each of them has its own character, but they all share one thing — they are made from natural ingredients, without haste and with great attention to quality.
